Artist Bio

Cam Anh Nguyen is an illustrator based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with over 10 years of experience crafting narrative-driven illustrations that bring stories to life. She has collaborated with notable clients such as Animals Asia, Vietnam Airlines, British Council, and Kim Dong Publishing, creating works that explore the connection between people, nature, and culture.

Cam Anh uses watercolor and ink as her main medium to craft warm, layered scenes that capture the beauty of everyday life. She hopes to invite viewers into stories that feel both personal and universal. Her illustrations have been featured internationally, including at The Royal Over-Seas League London and the Asia Festival of Children’s Content.

She has been recognized with honors such as the Kidlit Women Scholarship from the Highlights Foundation and the Best Project Award from the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE) for her work in educational content for children. Alongside her commercial projects, Cam Anh collaborates with conservationists, animal protection groups, and artisans to create meaningful, story-driven artwork.

Current project: Cam Anh is illustrating a picture book about Tet in the Southwest of Vietnam for Kim Dong Publishing, which is set for publication in spring 2025.
