NO BEAR LEFT BEHIND – This short animation won the People's Choice Award at the Smiley CFA Charity Film Awards 2023. The image copyright belongs to Animals Asia.
My role in this project was to establish the initial visual direction for the film, providing a foundation for my friend Camelia Tra Pham to further develop. This collaboration blended my watercolor style with Tra’s digital drawing technique, resulting in a unique and harmonious visual narrative.
Other projects
My paintings encompass various themes, but two consistently inspire me: the human connection to nature; and the heritages that link people to their communities. These themes are apparent in my recent collaboration with conservationists, animal protection organizations, and artisans.
